The Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference                                     
considering CSHB 103(FIN)(brf sup maj fld) and SCS CSHB
(FIN)(brf sup maj fld S) recommends the following be adopted:                                    
                                                                                                    
    CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 103                                                            
    "An Act making appropriations for the operating and loan                                        
    program expenses of state government, for certain programs, and                                 
    to capitalize funds; and providing for an effective date."
